Having grown up in a very rural part of Northeast Arkansas Brandon learned very early in life that the society worked better when a handshake was all the contract that was required. His life was shaped turning wrenches in his grandpa's shop after church on Sunday, roaming the forests of Crowley's Ridge, and chasing horse shows or rodeo’s to a different town every weekend. Brandon later dedicated his adult life to public service in EMS and Law Enforcement which taught him many lessons about servant leadership, conflict resolution, and the importance of doing the right thing, especially when its the hardest thing to do. These years forged a deep connection with the area and great pride in the people that make NEA a great place to live and work.
